Returns and Refunds

Users of Muscle Guide may request a return or refund for purchased products under certain conditions. The MG team is committed to assisting customers and will promptly process the necessary steps to ensure a smooth and flexible experience.

Kindly read the following guidelines before you wish the request to cancel or refund the order.

  • If the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery, MG will cancel the order and issue a full refund without any charges.
  • Customers are eligible to request a refund within 10 days of successful delivery. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with its seal, packaging, materials, tags, and all components intact and undamaged.
  • A valid and satisfactory reason must be provided when submitting a refund request.
  • If the product is found to be damaged—such as box compression, scratches, or similar issues—the refund request will be considered void.
