Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges
Currently Muscle Guide is having the zero charges for shipping orders, it means delivery charges are exempted as free of costs. However, in the future MG may evaluate the shipping costs during the checkout process that is based on weight, dimension, and destination of order items. Beside of it the payments of shipping costs will be composed along with the purchase as a final price of shipping order.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Return Policy
Return- due to change of mind?
If a customer wants to return the order due to a change of mind, the Muscle Guide permits it within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. However, the product must be in its original state, unused and re-sellable condition. This time the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and the amount will be refunded in the form of Muscle Guide wallet credit. For further details you may contact support@muscleguide.in to understand the return process. Note: In return, shipping costs cannot be refundable at all.
